Fermentation was the starting point of weichuang bio-tech as a company and today is still the basis of most of our innovation projects. We are inspired by nature producing natural ingredients and antimicrobials, all by fermentation. Furthermore, we upgrade and perfect the traditional fermentation process to a robust industrial scale using a wide range of state-of-the-art fermenters at laboratory (200 mL to 750 L), pilot (500 L to 15 m³) and industrial (30 m³ to 1000 m³) scale.

Henan Weichuang Bio-tech Co., Ltd is the first factory in China to invest a huge amount of money in introducing the Acetator acetic acid fermentation system of German, including high-performance aeration devices, mechanical defoaming devices, and visual control systems, etc. Our company also have advanced R & D laboratory equipped with a series of high-precision experimental instruments and equipment, which can meet various experimental needs from basic research to product development.
The main mission of these three laboratories is to demonstrate the efficacy of natural antimicrobials in microbial shelf-life extension in food products. We work via a confidential “technical support request (TSR)” approach, where the customer’s needs are central. Also, the technical information needed to find a solution is crucial and it is there where we collaborate to establish the best way to success. Complementary to shelf-life testing, our laboratories also offer a variety of sensorial panels to ensure optimal product quality throughout the use phase.
