Edible glacial acetic acid can be used as compound seasoning, seasoning sauce, acidic seasoning liquid, sour flavoring agent, seasoning agent, edible vinegar, etc. Acetic acid is diluted with water to a concentration of 4-5% and various flavorings are added to make edible vinegar, which has a similar flavor to brewed vinegar.

It is often used in ketchup, yellow sauce, drunken rice sugar sauce, kimchi, cheese, and sugar products. Properly diluted when used, it can also be used to make canned foods such as tomatoes, asparagus, baby food, sardines, squid, and pickles.
