Experimental conclusion
In general, the DPPH free radical scavenging rate of cultured sugar powder APN-F1 and APN-F2 is higher than that of cultured sugar product SH. Compared with ascorbic acid, because ascorbic acid has strong antioxidant properties, the DPPH free radical scavenging rate reaches 94.79% at a concentration of 1.0%.
