To thoroughly implement the safety directives issued by higher authorities and to prevent seasonal risks during autumn and winter, Henan Weichuang Bio-tech Co., Ltd. launched a special safety training and hazard inspection campaign last week, strengthening its safety defense across all key areas.
This campaign adopted a dual approach of “training + inspection.”
The training program, tailored to the company’s actual operations and the increased electricity usage typical of the autumn–winter season, covered safe operation procedures, special equipment regulations, and emergency response protocols. The goal was to enhance safety awareness and ensure full coverage of essential safety skills across departments including logistics, workshops, and warehouses.
The company also formed a dedicated inspection task force focusing on the filling workshop, spray-drying workshop, and loading & dispatching areas.
In the filling workshop, inspectors reviewed equipment stability and the sensitivity of emergency shutdown devices.
In the spray-drying workshop, they conducted key checks on the operation of the spray-drying tower and rotary airlock feeder.
In the loading and dispatching area, inspections targeted cargo stacking compliance, the accessibility of transportation routes, and the condition of protective devices on loading equipment—all aimed at preventing accidents caused by improper handling or storage.
For issues identified during the inspections, such as insufficient safety signage, the company assigned clear responsibilities and rectification deadlines.
Autumn and winter are high-risk seasons for safety incidents. This campaign represents a concrete step in fulfilling upper-level directives and assuming the company’s primary responsibility for safety. Moving forward, Weichuang Bio will continue strengthening safety management through regular and systematic measures—protecting employees’ well-being and safeguarding the company’s high-quality development.
