At the start of the training, all participants gathered to watch a safety production warning video. The video featured real safety accident cases and shocking scenes, deeply revealing the serious consequences of neglecting safe operations and violating work procedures. This deeply moved and warned every employee. After watching the warning video, the training moved on to an exchange and discussion session. All employees, based on their actual job positions, actively shared unsafe situations encountered in factory production and work, and freely expressed their views and insights on safe production. Subsequently, representatives from various departments such as the Production Department, Finance Department, Warehouse, and Laboratory spoke in turn. The Production Department representative, combining actual workshop production, discussed safety hazards encountered during operations in terms of equipment operation and material transportation, and put forward suggestions for standardized operations and enhanced daily equipment inspections. The speeches from all departments were practical and targeted, providing valuable references for the company’s subsequent safety management work.
At the end of the training, the company’s safety officer summarized the session, reiterating the importance of safe production.
